My background starts as a line cook, where I learned speed, teamwork, and detail orientation. I then moved to working with animals where I learned patience, medication management, and unique conflict resolution. Now I am a store manager, learning web development via SheCodes. I pride myself on creating procedures so mistakes can't happen, recognizing level of importance between various tasks, managing many facets of running a store, and establishing a well functioning and enthusiastic team of workers. If I am handed a new task I am seamlessly able to problem solve and figure out solutions, while also creating a procedure for the next person that ends up in that task.
